We attended JAPAN SHOP 2017 at Tokyo Big Sight on March 7th to 10th, 2017.
JAPAN SHOP is an annual convention which exhibits all kinds of commercial space displays, store furniture, signage and panels, and POP/SP tools. This year is the 46th iteration of the event, and we presented the industry's newest cutting edge information with the exhibition and demonstration of several high-end machines.
At our booth, we introduced advanced UV inkjet printing and converting as a production solution for shop fittings and POP/store displays. We exhibited the Kongsberg X, which corresponds to various materials processing; Rho 10, a UV inkjet printer which enables high-speed printing and overwhelming quality exceeding that of conventional printers; Real Scanner CRUSE; and Formech, the vacuum forming machine. With the introduction of environmentally-friendly Re-board, visitors could feel and be amazed by speedy production flow of drawing, printing, and cutting of the demo machines.
We also exhibited AXYZ PANEL Builder as a new solution for the first time.
We received a lot of appreciation for this solution, which allows for consistent processing of aluminum composite boards for outside building at a higher speed and lower cost than conventional machines, thanks to its combination of high-end, easy operation software and its custom design.
We express our appreciation here again for the many guests who visited our booth. Thank you very much.
High-Speed Printing & Cutting by Durst Rho P10 & Kongsberg X
We held printing and cutting solutions demonstrations with a variety of materials using the P10 UV inkjet machine, which almost reaches fine-art levels of printing, and the Kongsberg X.
Creation of Real Printing Documents with "Real Scanner" CRUSE
Documents scanned by Real Scanner CRUSE were printed directly onto building materials with the P10. We showed the inkjet production flow for the building material industry.
AXYZ PANEL Builder Exhibited for the First Time
This was the first time for AXYZ PANEL Builder had been exhibited. Compared to other machines, it was a sensation because of its low cost and consistent aluminum composite material processing. Shunei Kogyo Co., Ltd. joined us and introduced cutting-edge information about the Alpolic process.
We introduced free design and flexibility to overturn the common sense of conventional tile construction with Showa Printing Co., Ltd.
